				Working with Aaron Phillips meant more to us than we can put into words. Aaron is a childhood friend, and having someone who truly knows us and our family help us buy our dream ranch made the experience incredibly special. 				Bought a Single Family home in 2025 in Roseville, CA. I just bought my first new build home and knew very little about the process; Arron Phillips had immeasurable patience with me and went absolutely above and beyond with every infinitesimal detail from lenders/insurance/inspectors, to how often to service aspects of the home, and so much more. Arron is extremely down to earth and made the entire process a million times easier. I could not have done it without him; I don’t believe you could find a better choice for a real estate agent and I will recommend him 100%.
